What does it mean to be on the Insignia Bus?
At Insignia, we’re all on a journey. We are on personal journeys, that impact department journeys, that define our company journey. We like to think of these journeys as bus rides. For the most part, we’re moving in the same direction at the same speed. Every once and a while we stop together, and a few people hop off the bus to complete different objectives. But the bus always comes back so we can continue our journey together.
Our leaders communicate where we’re going and how we’re going to get there. All team members, including our leaders, help each other and hold one another accountable, so no one gets off at the wrong stop. We lift each other up and make sure everyone feels a part of the team.
And with all of that, the bus will keep moving, each rider being just as important as the next, aligned in achieving excellence in all that we do.
